Accounts Payable Manager

Manage and lead accounts payable functions and department including processing, customer service, expense reporting, analysis, and disbursements functions and staff. Pay vendors and expense reports timely and accurately in accordance with company, department, and individual objectives and policies. Establish, track and monitor accounts payable internal controls, compliance, policy, and metrics. Proactively communicate within and among stakeholders including buyers, treasury, requestors, auditor, and inventory functions to limit risk while maintaining good relationships. Drive process improvements to improve efficiencies and controls.QualificationsBA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. Experience implementing and/or maintaining segregation of duties and internal controls. 6 to 10 years experience or equivalent training/education managing the procure to pay process which includes: purchase order, requisition, receipt, processing, and disbursement. Knowledge and understanding of GAAP and account reconciliation techniques.
