Administrative/Marketing Assistant (Job Code: AAM)
CarrierComm seeks a motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills for a multi-function support role.

Responsibilities

· Key responsibilities include marketing support, front office duties (answering phone, greeting customers, opening lobby, etc), administrative assistance (preparing summaries and reports, holiday dinner arrangements, petty cash, etc.), and engineering, production, and quality support.

· Providing customer meeting support including

o  Preparing the conference room

o  Escorting guests

o  Arranging catering

o  Producing presentation materials

· Interfacing with Quality Manager

· Tracking purchase requisitions

· Purchasing/kitting engineering components

· Administering engineering change order sign-offs

Qualifications:

· Good computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office

· Strong office and telephone skills

· Good customer service skills

· High initiative

· Experience with document preparation, purchasing, human resources, and/or material planning is a plus.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
