Analyst II-Engineering

This position is in the Traffic Engineering department and is the single pointof contact for all ordering requirements within the Alltel wireless and AXNnetworks. Responsibilities will include transferring data from WCIS (wirelesscircuit inventory system) or M6 (MetaSolv database) into various serviceproviders ordering tool. Provide coordination of these orders to meet transportdelivery timelines. Escalation of order related issues with service providers orupper management to overcome obstacles to meet transport timelines. Work closelywith the Market /AXN engineer on data integrity of WCIS/ M6, billing records andinterconnection expenses. Work with the Coordinator to assure timelines are metand correct information provided to Operations in a timely manner. Telephony andindustry knowledge preferred. Minimum Requirements: College degree and 2-4 years professional levelexperience; or 6+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalentcombination of education and professional level related experience required.Telephony or industry knowledge preferred.
