Associate Analyst - IT (Entry- Level)

This is a full-time, permanent position. There are 28 openings located in Hoffman Estates, IL. These high profile positions will be part of the MATREX team, an entry level hiring program that indoctrinates  Computer Science and MIS graduates into the AT&T IT Applications Development organizations. The positions will be mostly client/server, web development, project management and programming. Participants will complete a training curriculum of Technical Training and Management Training. They will also work on temporary assignments gaining a broad experience across the IT application development organization. These participants should possess excellent technical skills and communication skills, and be extremely self motivated. It is important that all participants are good team players as they are a self-directed team. The candidates will participate in the program that is made up of a combination of training, work assignments, and mentoring in order to transition them into the workforce and their first long term role here at AT&T.

BS or BA in Computer Science, MIS or related. Graduates will less than 2 years experience are OK.

1 Java class (2+ is preferred)

Good communication skills are a must.

Minimum GPA of 3.0
