Avaya PBX Programmer
Fortune 50 Telecommunications Company is hiring immediately for an AVAYA PBX Programmer to assist in the programming for large scale call centers. AVAYA PBX & CMS Specialist, Call Center Programmer:
Avaya subject matter expert needed for enterprise, call-center environments.Heavy programming and technical support required. Call Center technician will be required to provide call flow (vectoring) to support Edify IVR, Genesys ECR and remote call center environments at times, partnering with PM's: Separate isolated call flows are also included in the scope.70% programming, 20% info gathering, people interface and meetings, 10% documentation (making sure all processes & all programming procedures, upgrades, troubleshooting, etc. are recorded).Visio system flow-charting, Excel tracking and sorting.
Requirements:Avaya PBX, Vectoring, CMS and CentreVu Report Designer. Basic Computer Skills: Word, Excel and Visio. Certifications a plus, knowledge of VOIP a plus strong knowledge of current Avaya architecture required.Working Knowledge: Edify IVR, Genesys, and Call Center "Best Practices."They will be supporting all of the Voice projects and traveling locally when needed (includes evening and weekend work).Ideal candidate will have experience in a large call center (as many as 7000 seats), but will consider someone with over 1000 seats.
