BILINGUAL RETENTION REPRESENTATIVE - EL PASO

General Summary The focus of a Retention Rep in an inbound call center environment is to retaincustomers inquiring about canceling wireless service; ensure customersatisfaction by offering alternative solutions and products; resolve customerservice inquiries and concerns regarding our products and services and ensureproper billing and service satisfaction; provide information on productds,services, coverage area, promotions and store locations and hours. Proactivelyturn routine service calls into retention opportunity. Minimum sales goals mustbe achieved. Must be bilingual Enlgish / Spanish Continued employment for this position is contingent upon successful completionof the Alltel training process, which includes the New Hire Training Assessment. Minimum Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to demonstrate successfulnegotiation skills; good defusing techniques for difficult situations; abilityto work in a fast pace environment, multi-task and make sound decisions; abilityto use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating customer issues; be a teamplayer with a positive attitude and the ability to work a flexible schedule;ability to appropriately engage customer. Ability to meet sales quotas. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. 0 2 years total experience; 0 1 year customerservice and/or sales experience. College hours or a college degree may besubstituted for some experience as deemed appropriate. Desired Qualifications: Knowledgeable of billing systems, intranet tools and point of sale systems.
