BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR - SALES ASSISTANT
Business Development Coordinator
Quality is seeking a talented individual who desires increasing levels of responsibility within our organization. This opportunity requires someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented as well as computer literate.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work steadily toward established goals and deadlines.
This position will support the Data Sales Department with proposals, presentations, marketing & promotion strategies as well as general research of industry dynamics, trends, and opportunities. Additional responsibilities include administrative support and overall department organizational needs.
This key position will be instrumental in generating Data product sales opportunities to new and existing customers as well as targeting Quality’s “Voice-only” customers. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience in inside sales support or marketing.
Major duties to include, but are not be limited to the following:
Ø Working closely with Data Sales team with account research and development to ensure attainment of sales, service and installation goals;
Ø Identifying business opportunities and appropriate solutions from Quality’s available data product line;
Ø Account management including maintaining customer files, updating new contacts etc.
Ø Prospecting for new customers and networking within existing accounts;
Ø Presenting full range of Data products, services and applications;
Ø Organic growth of Data system sales to existing accounts
Ø Acquisition of new Data system customers;
Ø Retention and growth of targeted accounts;
Ø Establishing and developing mutually beneficial relationships with decision makers within specific accounts;
Ø Prospecting to targeted markets;
Ø Developing and executing marketing and networking strategies;
Ø Effective utilization of consultative selling skills;
Ø Providing preliminary research on potential marketing campaign and coordinate with Regional VP of Marketing and,
Ø Assist with campaign confirmation paperwork, documents, and needs
Ø Creating effective proposals to specific accounts and targeted markets;
Ø Preparing and entering quotations, sales and work orders in ServMan.
Skills Needed:
Ø Consultative selling skills;
Ø Excellent verbal and written skills;
Ø Business/market analysis skill sets;
Ø Proficiency in data wireless systems offerings;
Ø Ability to provide product solutions to customers in wireless communications applications;
Ø Account management skills;
Ø Prospecting and networking skills;
Ø MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills;
Ø Willingness to learn wireless data product line and applications.
