Benefits Analyst
HHRKG61493 Our client, a top- notch communications company in Boston, is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join their HR Team.Responsibilities: Processing all medical and dental enrollment forms Processing all applications for voluntary life insurance, supplemental STD, LTC and Partner’s Life/AD&D and LTD. Calculating payroll deductions and enter enrollment information HRIS system Coordinating all aspects of the 401k retirement plans. Including preparing wire transfers, processing loans, withdrawals, distributions, rollovers, and refunding of excess contributions. Managing all aspects of the leaves of absence, disability and worker’s compensation programs. Preparing information for exit interviews including medical, dental, life insurance and 401(k) information, and notifying COBRA administrator. Person will also conduct exit interviews.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required. 3-5 years benefits administration experience. Working knowledge of all federal and state requirements (i.e. FMLA, COBRA, ERISA, etc.) Attention to detail and accuracy.
