Billing & Invoicing Specialist

***This position can be located anywhere, working remote.  Travel Required.

Key Purpose:

Design and implement standard repeatable processes for client invoicing and billing for the New Business team; and, operates as the single point of contact for all billing questions on the account.  The New Accounts business unit is the administrative hub which executes against signed contracts to transition them to an in life/steady state relationship.  This team sets up the business-critical activities essential to successful execution of large contract on-boarding and transition.  Additionally, arranges resources for complete delivery of services to BT customers during in-life phase and completion of financial profile.

Responsibilities:

As the Billing and Invoicing Specialist, responsibilities will include the following:

·  Identify and implement standard billing/invoicing processes and methodology based on contract commitments such as pricing, volumes, ARC/RRCs 

·  Provide pricing support for the Service Request process

·  Manage regional billing/invoicing specialist support the account globally

·  Participate in billing resolution and/or cash collection activities as needed

·  Conduct monthly invoice review, including supporting documentation, for senior leadership review and approval

Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

•  Minimum of 5 years Billing/Invoice management, supporting complex network outsourcing agreements

•  Pricing/quoting based on third party vendor solutions and contract deliverables.

•  Database set up and management.

•  Experience with recommending new billing process technology.

•  Solid understanding of billing and invoicing systems, preferably BT billing and invoicing systems

•  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
