Billing Representative

Our top client is now positioned to focus on their vision of converging their unique wireless and Internet wire line assets to create an entirely new suite of mobility and IP-based products and services for their customers.Currently they are looking for “Billing Representative” at Overland Park, KS for a 7+ months contract. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a growing team and work in a progressive environment.Please contact ASAP with job No: 12020JobDescription:Ensure accounts are accurate and reflect proper pricing. Process billings and respond to inquiries as requested.Skills:1. Answering customer calls for trouble reporting, opening managing trouble tickets & change requests to resolution including routing tickets to the appropriate fix agency for resolution or completion.3. Follow-up on high severity tickets to ensure customer commitments are met including coordination with internal departments for dispatch of technician if necessary and providing escalation support as needed.4. Process parts replacement or ordering when necessary.5. Coordinate with customer LEC, if included in contract.6. Generate customer invoicing for any billable requests.7. Investigate customer billing inquiries and disputes.8. Update and audit customer database accuracy and provide customer account support including management of customer maintenance contracts.Knowledge/Skills:Required:1. Job requires specialized advanced customer service skills (generally non-theoretical) acquired on or off the job, typically gained through a combination of education and relevant experience, totaling 4 years post-high school or equivalent.2. Working knowledge of PC software and configuration. 3. Working knowledge of Voice/IP Telephony4. Excellent communication skills and high level of professionalism5. Knowledge of TRS, Access, SPOT, CIS and PeopleSoftPreferred:6. Knowledge of Managed Services processes7. Equipment and Maintenance Contract management experience8.
