Job ID: 143423Position Description: WAGE RATE: $25,818.00 - $36,608.00 for a Full-time position PLUS CommissionJOB DESCRIPTION Regularly (more than 3 days a week) works away from the Retail Store. Position responsible for driving traffic to multiple COR locations where customer activations are fulfilled. Obtains sales contractual agreements for all offers to small business IRU and CRU customers. Sales Module comprised of small business prospects. Supports the geographic area i.e., zip code-based neighborhood territory or a Line of Business (LOB). Sells all products and services offered by the Company. Requires achievement of a sales quota. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services. Handles customer situations appropriately and escalates as needed. Adheres to Company policy including but not limited to reconciliation of paperwork. Responsible for effective management of company operating systems. Must maintain knowledge of current products and services. Performs other duties as assigned by management. GENERAL DUTIES The essential functions listed below are representative of duties performed by this job title. Duties generally include but are not limited to the following: GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED: 1. Answers existing and potential customer/client requests for inquiries in the process of purchasing products and services. 2. Responsible for meeting all assigned sales goals. 3. Maintain proficiency in all areas of customer service including billing, retention, and equipment issues. 4. Responsible for specific territory as assigned by management. Conducts cold calls at customer locations and develops relationships with small businesses to sell all products and services offered by the Company. 5. Schedules appointments in-store or at Customer locations to qualify customer needs using Business Solutions, AT&T Advantage and develops solutions for needs of small business customers. 6. Closes business and sets expectation for next steps at neighborhood COR location. 7. Responsible for acquisition and retention to grow small business contracted CRUs and IRUs while facilitating maintenance (reducing churn) of existing small business base to drive business into the neighborhood COR location and AT&T.com website. 8. May conduct preliminary credit check to begin sales process. 9. Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely, accurately, in a timely manner. 10.
