Business Analyst, Enterprise Product Catalog

This position will work with internal business units implement an enterprise Product Catalog and build/maintain all products/offers contained within the system.

Job Functions:
Assist with implementation of the product catalog within the Comcast enterprise architecture
Develop and maintain all templates and products/offers within the enterprise product catalog
Consult with internal business groups to understand product requirements and assist in the configuration of the products/offers
Create and maintain the business processes around the creation/maintenance of data within the catalog
Build and test all data added/changed within the catalog
Actively participate in department meetings and department training
Provide on-site support to the markets
Perform miscellaneous duties on an "as needed" basis
Provide on-call rotation for after hours and weekend support on an "as needed" basis
Qualifications:
Candidate must be creative and possess good analytical skills
Must demonstrate strong communication skills - both written and oral
Flexibility to adapt and respond to changing needs and requirements
Strong organizational skills including the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple activities
Must be able to support the goals of the organization and its leadership

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:
At least 2 years experience in end user support or customer service role with proven problem solving capabilities
Understanding of general IT concepts around data types and meta-data
Knowledge of Comcast products and how they are marketed/sold
Consulting or consultant-like experience preferred

Education:
College degree or equivalent industry related experience
