Business Operations Manager (Business Services)

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00a-5:00p.
Reporting to the VP of Business Services, this role will function as the financial support resource and liaison. This position will also have overall responsibility for the delivery of outstanding service and support in all aspects of Business Operations activities. Responsible for functioning as the liaison with Regional Business Operations to manage the overall financials, including operating expenses, capital budget, forecasting, manpower justification, productivity, sales and strategic business investments. Partner with senior management to support business planning and/or operational processes throughout the year. Accountable for Monthly P&L variance reporting. Work with contacts to establish, track, and analyze key financial and operational performance metrics/procedures to foster process improvement. Manage Accounts payable, vendor relationships and purchase requisitions for expenditures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Finance or Business Administration or the recognized equivalent business experience. 5+ years of financial management experience in a business operations environment.Strong planning, analytical, financial, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication, leadership and development skills. Prior experience in effectively developing and implementing strategic organizational objectives. Ability to problem solve and prioritize multiple tasks. Individual must be highly collaborative and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work under pressure and within exact time constraints. Superior mentoring, training and supervising.
