Advances in data applications, internet and messaging technologies have made for a new era of growth in the wireless mobility industry!The Sales Manager has responsibilities for direct line hiring, coaching, development, and assignment of  Corporate Account Executives within his/her territory. Specific focus will be on building and maintaining a successful sales team and sharing expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and gross add revenue growth.Job Responsibilities: Accountable for attainment of gross add objectives. Drives team performance by supporting the Global Markets organization’s fulfillment, order processing and customer training strategies. Utilize advanced selling techniques and account management/solutions selling to coach team of account managers to success in data and wireless voice penetration. Create business plans to maximize most cost effective channels of fulfillment for business sales. Coach and develop sales employees in data selling and solution selling techniques. Overall management of sales team to include, but not limited to, staffing/retention, team development, performance and compensation management. Effectively manage all administrative processes associated with management of individuals including timely communication of information, administration of compensation plans, performance management, funnel management etc. Ensure market profitability through attainment of quotas. Ensure that Corporate Account Executives are properly assigned and utilized to meet wireless quota objectives. Effectively manage and assign accounts and quotas to team of account managers. Participate as a member of the VP of Sales leadership team. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners in District Sales and MMS organizations as well as other support functions....More Details... Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience required 2-3 years of direct Sales Management experience with direct reports preferably in the wireless, data and/or telecommunications industry. Minimum of 3-5 years of direct sales experience preferably in the wireless, data and/or telecommunications industry. Sound knowledge of wireless, data communications, voice, and telecommunications technology is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead sales team. Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, persuasion, reasoning, and strategic planning skills are required. Demonstrated understanding and application of sophisticated selling techniques. Effective time management skills are necessary to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
