Business Services Acct Exec

- Sell Comcast products and services to commercial customers and maximize commercial revenue.
- Negotiate initial and renewal contracts with commercial customers in Comcast area to enable profitable sales across product lines.
- Provide superior customer service by resolving customer issues, including billing and/or service problems.
- Prepare reports as requested for submission of monthly results.
- Systematically follow up on current customers as well as maintaining a friendly working environment.
- Canvas areas where competition is intense.
- Must be flexible for evenings and weekends as needed.
 Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

College degree a plus specialized training in business to business sales and marketing or recognized equivalent in work experience and self-study
- Prior experience in commercial sales/service or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Knowledge of the franchise area a plus.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
