Business Services Support Rep (Acct Coord)

Responsible for work order accuracy, create and print work orders for outside Account Executive, close all work orders in CSG, place selected equipment on accounts for both contractor and in-house techs, recycle equipment through inventory system (i.e. moves, errors, bad equipment), create new addresses in CSG (when able to identify node accuracy), issue all requested disconnects not associated with Plymouth Meeting issuance, responsible for billing set up and invoice accuracy. Work closely with Commercial Call Centers and provide strong sales support to Account Executives. Responsible for distributing and verify time sheets and availability, maintain a consistent report on commissions submitted with each pay period, complete and verify required documentation for payroll commissions, create and update YTD commission report, photo copies of numerous documentes and gather all required signatures before submission. Reconcile customer's accounts, direct customer contacts, process adjustments, research all discrepancies, complete all conversion transactions (Saville to CSG) debits and credit. Contractor activity, verify equipment issued- assign to accounts each day, track equipment buffer accuracy, reconcile completed orders against regularly submitted invoices, respond to numerous calls during the day (from technicians) on installation problems. Manually track every order for end of month reporting and YTD Commissions, assign leads, all workflow forms to Account Executive's, retain billing/service issues, distribute voice mail leads and coordinate Commercial Dev Inquiries, order supplies for the department, maintain all file folders and record system.



Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent, at least 2 years of CSG experience. Must be proficient with Excel and all Microsoft products. Previous sales and customer service contact a plus. Ability to work overtime, as needed.
