Business Solutions Rep

The focus of a Business Solutions Representative is to provide the highestquality of communication services to new and existing wireless businesscustomers. Responsibilities include promoting application based solutions, dailyprospecting to maintain a robust sales pipeline and sustain balanced salesproductivity, writing proposals, presenting proposals to customers, meetingmonthly sales quotas, attending required training, providing consultativecustomer service and completing necessary business processes to ensure accurateservice activation and billing. Minimum Requirements: Strong selling skills, the ability to recommend solutions to meet specificcustomer needs, strong communication and prospecting skills, aptitude to learncommunications products and services, ability to work independently withoutclose supervision, self-motivation to achieve targeted goals, gooddecision-making skills, ability to provide high level of customer service tocustomers and the ability to accommodate flexible working hours. Must have avalid driver s license. Continued employment for this position is contingent upon successful completionof the Alltel training process, which includes the New Hire Training Assessment. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent (bachelor s degree desired) and 1-2 yearssales experience. Desired Qualifications: Business-to-Business sales experience; 1+ years of direct sales experience intelecommunications industry or 1-3 years experience selling voice data orcommunications equipment.
