Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
This position is responsible for the installation, activation, and documentation of all facility based equipment for all products and service launches and capacity augmentations.
1. Install facility based equipment to support product and service launches to include but not limited to video, telephony, high-speed internet, commercial services and institutional networks.

2. Install facility based equipment to support capacity augmentation for all products and services.

3.Provide cross functional support to meet launch objectives. Participate in cutover activities. Direct daily activities of installation contractors

4. Collects and interprets engineering documentation required for the installation and activation of facility based equipment.

5. Generates engineering and completion documentation.

6. Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree in a telecommunications field or equivalent experience.

2 to 3 years of previous experience in telecommunication installation and troubleshooting experience.

Computer skills to include Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook
Must possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Must be flexible and positive in a changing work environment
