We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in customer service in a computer-intensive environment to work in a fast paced department in our Sterling, VA location.  This individual will supervise 3 to 4 Customer Service Representatives with varying degrees of responsibility, monitor and manage workflow, generate reports related to operational performance and customer satisfaction, respond to inbound calls and dispatch technicians.  Telecommunication experience preferred.  Potential candidates should possess a strong commitment to excellence and success.
