Call Center Customer Service- 16 openings

This is the entry-level position in the call center, responsible for performing a variety of customer service and sales duties. Must be able to work any shift, weekends, and holidays in 24x7 operation. Answers customer phone calls, sells services and covers full range of services in a prompt and professional manner.

Major Duties (May perform any or all of the following):

Demonstrates courtesy and patience in customer relations.

Provides prompt resolution of customer inquiry by providing appropriate billing, service, programming or maintenance information. Obtains necessary information for resolution of transactions.

Sells new services to new customers, retains existing services, and attempts to upgrade existing customers. Explains marketing programs and promotions. Exceeds or maintains minimum sales standards as required.

Responds to routine customer work/service order inquiries and requests. Troubleshoots routine problems with installation, billing, service upgrades/downgrades, and disconnects. May perform follow-up on installation/service quality.

Performs all other assigned duties.

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational/Knowledge Requirements:

2-year degree or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Sales experience preferred.

Data entry and/or customer service experience desirable.

Basic data entry skills.
