Call Center Inbound Sales Rep 1 (CAE)

MAJOR DUTIES:

- Handles large percentage of inbound sales calls in a prompt and professional manner obtaining all information for resolution of transaction.
- Answers customer questions regarding billing, service problems, products and features.
- Targets customer interest with a variety of products and service offerings.
- Accepts sales goals and competes in incentive contests.
- Uses the CQE framework to maximize customer satisfaction. Proficient performance in regards to "product consultant" and "information provider" categories.
- Corrects errors and discrepancies on customer billings as necessary.
- Represent Comcast in a professional and positive manner in all situations.
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

- High school diploma or the recognized equivalent.
- College degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

- Prior Customer Service/Call Center experience required.
- Customer sales experience preferred.
- Personal computer knowledge necessary.
- Demonstrate ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to effectively problem solve customer issues.
- Target customer interest with a variety of product and service offerings.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Must meet minimum sales qualifications: OSI 30% DSI 53% & Transitional Sales 2.5%
