Call Center Program Sales Manager
Are you passionate about training, motivating and leading financial service representatives? We are seeking an experienced Sales Call Center Operations Manager who can lead multiple growing sales teams in a technically advanced call center environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing the sales process across various programs within diverse industries. The ability to manage, lead, evaluate performance metrics and think strategically is essential to success in this position.
The role of this position determines call center operational strategies, maintains and improves call center operations, meets call center financial objectives, and prepares call center performance reports.
Other responsibilities include:
* Develop sales programs and opportunities for sales agents.
* Determines call center operation strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, and the application of best practices.
* Monitor and critique sales agents’ calls on a regular basis to provide training opportunities focusing on improving agents overall performance and compliance with company objectives.
* Meets call center financial objectives by estimating requirements; retain high performing agents and delivery on performance objectives.
* Maintains and improves call center operations by call center performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; managing process improvement and quality assurance programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3-5+ years of call center experience in a sales environment.
* 3-5+ year’s experience of managing entry level to mid-level sales agents.
* Prefer Bachelor's or Associate degree.
* Proficient working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Other Qualifications:
* Successfully manages people to achieve performance goals.
* Places primary importance on delivering sales objectives.
* Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer. .
* Excellent people management skills including, coaching and developing others, resolving conflict promoting teamwork, and performance management.
