Classification:  Regular Full-Time employees are scheduled to work at least forty (40) hours per calendar week for an indefinite period of time.

 

Location:  Phoenix, AZ (20 E Thomas Rd)

 

Typical Work Hours:  From 9:00 am to 6:00 pm - Monday thru Friday (closed Sat & Sun)

 

Wages: $10.20 per hour during TrainingThen $10.20 per hour plus applicable incentive compensation, based on performancePlus $10 per day for bilingual skills

Job Description:

This position promotes and sells Qwest products and services to residential customers by consulting with the customer and gathering and evaluating data to establish their telecommunication needs.

 Receive inbound calls from our residential customers throughout the country Promote and sell Qwest products and services by consulting, gathering information, and evaluating customer needs Negotiate customers’ requests for installation, removal/changes of service, billing arrangements, and coordinate with different departments Use various computer systems (20 or more)/screens simultaneously to process service orders Ensure customer satisfaction and win our customers’ continued business and loyalty Build and maintain strong customer rapport Probe, multi-task, and problem solve



Basic Job Qualifications:This position requires the ability to use computers and various software programs High School Diploma/GED OR equivalent work experience Proactive with a positive attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be fluent in both Spanish and English

Preferred Job Qualifications: Minimum of six months commission based sales experience Call center and sales experience, particularly experience where measurable quotas and goals are achieved is a plus
