Due to our continued growth and expansion, eLoyalty is looking for Cisco IPCC / UCCE Engineers to join our team.  You will be responsible for the technical leadership, architectural design, project management, and deployment of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise solutions.  If you have experience with multi-site configurations in a consulting or large system administration role, we want to talk to you!

 

As a Cisco IPCC / UCCE Engineer, you will:Install Cisco UCCE software, third party software, and integrated peripheral systemsBe responsible for hardware administration and testingBe responsible for network validation and certificationBe responsible for remote administration and systems monitoringPerform ICM/IPCC scriptingPerform integration with other enterprise applications

Required Skills and Qualifications:Cisco ICM / IPCC Scripting ExperienceCisco Translation RoutingCTI / CTIOS ExperienceCisco Admin Workstation and Web ViewCisco Network Interface Controller (NIC)Cisco CallManager configuration and troubleshooting experienceExperience with call flow designIVR Peripheral Gateway configuration experienceCisco IP-IVR configuration and scripting experienceProject-based implementation experienceExcellent communication and client relations skills
