1) Opportunity Evaluation and Requirements Definition Services
As a business advisor we will evaluate the opportunity for return on investment with a comprehensive survey of the site(s) and an assessment of the payback and risks. We will provide design and engineering, a customized quote with a complete statement of work, a project plan with roles and responsibilities, an escalation plan, a list of specialized processes, a project schedule, status reporting and a defined change management process.
2) Products and Content
Through our array of vendor and partnership relationships, we provide our clients the best-in-class commercial products, software and business content.
3) Deployment Services
We provide best practices in the deployment of an installation, from a single location to a nationwide project rollout, through a staff of qualified professional project managers and a network of Rudder Certified installers
