Job Description Consultant-Sales Ops p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Responsibilities " Timely and Accurate end-to-end delivery of Channel and Regional Reporting" Prepare, maintain, and distribute performance tracking mechanism and associated charts/reports to Reporting Manager for each sales Channel" Identify and report to Manager unique trend variances within daily, weekly or monthly reports. " Idetify any problems with reports, escalate and arrive at resolutions" Identify key issues from a base of information and effectively apply procedures to solve problems, seeking assistance, if necessary" Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support Regional & Channel Leadership and Regional Operational Teams" Process and analyze output from and/or use various work tools by staff (on-line reference tools)" Analysis of compliance reports "Work closely with West Area Compensation and Reporting teams p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Qualifications " Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent job experience, a minimum of 1 year experience in reporting and analysis" Mastery knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio)" Strong knowledge of SQL query and script writing - Teradata (preferred), Commissions System, Sales Employee Tracking (SET) reporting, Cognos reporting." Extremely strong analytical skills" Must be detail-oriented and familiar with reconciliation processes in order to ensure accuracy of work product." Proven ability to meet deadlines and commitments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, environment" Ability to quickly implement changes through self-management and handle multiple tasks with aggressive turnaround times within a variety of functional areas" Innovative thinker, oriented toward driving process improvement and finding efficiencies" Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences; a strong individual contributor as well as a team-oriented player.
