Job Description Consultant-Sales Ops-Business p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Responsibilities The role of this position is to manage reporting for commission related activity such as quota trending, commission trending, MBO targets and payouts. In addition conduct territory analysis and utilize available data (STC, Data Warehouse, Power Play Cubes, etc&) to facilitate intelligent territory management and strategic decision making and bench-marking. This position will work closely with the business to develop value-added reports including both regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reporting to identify areas of opportunity. The facilitation of instructional/explanatory webinars will be required as needed. Additionally, this role will assist in the development of high-level program overviews primarily intended for Area and Regional Senior Leadership. This role will require a candidate that is able to manage complex projects. The candidate must be resourceful to independently utilize necessary resources to complete projects with minimal required supervision. This individual must be a self-starter who is able to identify and bring forth valuable business trends and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have both the technical abilities required to retrieve data, as well as the practical understanding of the VZW business required to organize and apply the data for value-added results. p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Qualifications - Bachelors in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Math, or Statistics preferred.- 2-4 years of relevant experience.- Management experience preferred- 4+ years in telecommunications or wireless industry.- Advanced database, SQL, and spreadsheet skills.- Exceptional logic, quantitative and analytical skills.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.- Strong verbal and written skills.- Ability to create and work in a team environment.
