Thomas L. Cardella & Associates is a contact center specializing in a variety of business-to-consumer and business-to-business applications, providing a mix of traditional contact center services and CRM capabilities, such as inbound/outbound, email and web chat integrated to maximize sales, service, and quality.Currently seeking outstanding Contact Center Specialists to assist our Fortune 500 Clients.Candidates should have a positive and professional attitude, solid work history, basic computer skills, excellent attendance record, high school diploma or GED, and be at least 18 years of age.

Sales Consultants - Full-time, Outbound • $10-11/hour.  Seeking Sales Consultants to contact customers on behalf of a major phone carrier. Qualified candidates will have some prior sales experience. Full-time outbound position, evenings and weekends required.

Enrollment Consultants - Full-time and Part-time, Outbound • $10-11/hour - Flexible Scheduling.  Seeking Enrollment Consultants to assist students with the educational enrollment process.  Qualified candidates will have customer service experience. Full-time and part-time outbound positions with flexible scheduling, primarily evenings and weekends.

Financial Aid Specialists - Part-time, Inbound • $10-11/hour. Seeking Financial Aid Specialists to help students through the financial aid process for college enrollment.  Qualified candidates will have very strong computer skills, part-time inbound positions.

Business to Business Representatives - Full-time, Outbound • $12-14/hour total compensation. Utilize sales expertise to provide financial support to numerous business to business accounts for a major banking institution. Requires ability to maintain strong rapport via telephone, and proven ability to motivate customers and close the sale. Comprehensive understanding of business to business sales needed. Monday-Friday, day time schedule.

Insurance Sales Agents - WILL TRAIN! - Full-time, Outbound - $13/hour base pay, $15-18/hour total compensation.  Performs a variety of contact center functions, including inbound/outbound sales and service calls.  Sales experience helpful. Will train and pay for all insurance licensing costs and testing. Evenings and weekends required.
