Converter Control Rep 1

- Issues, collects and stores converters, modems, and other equipment and supplies, maintaining detailed records of the names and other identifying data concerning installers, technicians, and other personnel involved in the transactions.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time with minimal errors.
- Perform testing procedures on a variety of Customer Premise Equipment.
- Handle all material and equipment in a manner that prevents damage and creates a safe working environment.
- Perform general maintenance duties including cleaning, arranging, packing and unpacking of materials.
- Posts information to billing system or to other records, extracting data from receiving or shipping papers, requisitions, contracts, accounting reports, and other documents.
- Compiles converter control records, consumption data, distribution data, characteristics of items in storage, and related factors necessary to ensure control.
- Perform any or all of the duties of Warehouseperson.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Ability to develop and implement a simple record-keeping procedure.
- Ability to communicate clearly and tactfully, yet convincingly, with other employees.
- Regular, reliable attendance
- Computer literate including a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of computerized inventory systems.
- Ability to use and understand programmable scanners for the purpose of creating transactions and reports.
