Credit and Collections Analyst

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

 

·  Assist Credit Manager in determining credit worthiness of potential new customers.

·  Process new customer orders following established Credit Policy

·  Communicate with customers to collect past due balances

·  Research and resolve billing inquiries.

·  Process adjustments to billing files.

·  Process credits to customer files.

 

Qualifications:

 

·  Associates degree preferred.

·  Minimum of 1 year experience required

·  Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
