Customer Account Specialist Rep 2 (Bus Svcs)

Sells to and services accounts via phone. Responsibilties include add-on sales to existing accounts, account moves, upgrades, or downgrades. Supports customer retention activities. Manage escalated customer issues (track, follow-up, keep summary reports) field calls from commercial customers (get pertinent information and key orders. Support sales team with special projects and processing orders. May be assigned to respond to email inquiries and orders. Responsible for non-complex and easy to close sales. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: High School diploma EXPERIENCE: 3 years in the cable industry preferred. Knowledge of CSG and strong computer skills (Microsoft office). Requires analytical aptitude. Ability to work overtime, as needed.
