CM supports and maintains the product and service portfolios in each of the different EUS tendering and ordering platforms to secure accurate tendering, ordering, project budgeting, profitability reporting and invoicing. CM positively contributes to the accuracy of orders through product dimensioning and order process guidance activities. The CM Line Manager manages and directs the activities of the Configuration Management organization under Supply and Logistics. Further, this position: Manages a team consisting of CM product managers/dimensioning specialists, SAP Material Master Data specialists, SAP Variant Configurator programmers, and contract support specialists. Develops and implements organizational strategies in alignment with overall sales, supply and operational goals. Assesses functional competence requirements and supports necessary personnel and organizational development. Manages operational budget to ensure cost efficiency. Analyzes current process flows and interfaces to determine and implement improvements. Serves as key change management driver.
