Customer Serivce Reps (Bilingual & Non-Bilingual)

Intellisource is hiring several Customer Service Representatives and Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a Telecommunications Company located in Denver, Colorado. These are excellent entry level opportunities.  The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be results oriented, have attention for detail and meet the requirements below:

Responsibilities:  Identify and track traffic for suspected sub-fraud concerns and follow up with customer; perform multiple duties including customer contact, research, and documentation; and ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.

Required:  Bilingual candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, Must exercise independent judgement and discretion, have strong troubleshooting skills in order to quickly resolve problems, must be PC literate, detail-oriented and possess excellent written and oral communication skills, maintain productivity at or above shift average and meet departmental goals, customer service background preferred, and must be able to pass a 10 year criminal background check.

Hours:  8:30am to 5pm – Monday through Friday
Pay:  $10.00 per hour
