A stable work history showing at least one year with a previous employer is required. Your ability to work with multiple computer applications, while talking to customers, is a necessity. But most important, you must enjoy listening to, analyzing and solving problems. You'll need to think on your feet, ask targeted questions, anticipate needs, and start fresh with every customer.
