Skills and Experience Needed
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Windows and Netscape Navigator skills, Type 20 wpm and Data Entry skills (min. 4000 keystrokes). 
• Demonstrated problem solving ability.
• Ability to work flexible work schedule: days, nights, weekends and holidays. 
• Good oral communication skills on the telephone.  
• Basic Windows and Netscape Navigator skills.
