Customer Service Support consultant

A Customer Service Support consultant is needed in Rochester, NY. The consultant will be responsible for contracts, master agreements, custom pricing verifications and order entry for all services. The consultant must effectively manage and resolve all order jeopardies.

 

The person in this position will be responsible for submitting orders for credit assessment verifying security deposits and processing refund requests. The consultant will participate on conference calls with customers to resolve issues and answer questions. The person in this position will be responsible for effective communication to the sales channel and/or customer and must maintain order intervals and adhere to the Sarbanes-Oxley rules and guidelines. The consultant must be proactive and diligent in identifying problems, obtaining resolutions, follow-up and paying attention to detail. The successful candidate must possess effective organization, multitasking and communication skills.

 

Expertise is required with:

-Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook     

-Visual Basic   

-Windows NT
