Customer Service, Technical Care

Comcast Cable is seeking candidates who have a passion for excellent customer service and possess a technical care background. Our Lynnwood Call Center is a brand new, state of the art facility located conveniently off the freeway and on the major bus routes. It is a 24 hour per day / 7 day per week operation and therefore requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays. Our representatives respond to high volume inbound technical calls which require prompt resolution to customer inquires and troubleshooting for Comcast's Digital Phone and High Speed Internet products. Comcast provides the training on our products; you will need to bring the following skills with you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School diploma or GED
- Proficient PC skills in a Windows Environment
- Proven knowledge of internet connectivity and computer repair
- One to two years customer service experience
- Solid knowledge of computer operating systems and various software applications
- Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts that include evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Ability to complete trainingg beginning May 5, 2008.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Bilingual Spanish/English speaking

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
