Business Telecom Products, Inc. is an established privately owned company, located only 20 minutes from Redmond and Issaquah in beautiful rural Carnation (an easy reverse commute). Our exciting product line includes the latest in Bluetooth wireless headsets for business. Our many loyal customers are a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. The selected candidate will excel at multi-tasking, working in a fast-paced team environment, helping customers on the phone, and will have accurate keyboard skills. You will be expected to learn our products and give expert purchase advice. You will deal with customers of all levels from senior management to the end user.
The new team member will be responsible for a number of key processes:Answering customer calls Helping customers with basic product questions, troubleshooting and daily shipping activities. Responsible for the order process from time of receipt to delivery: ensuring accuracy, on-time delivery and complete customer satisfaction.
This fun position requires a friendly, dynamic and upbeat personality and the ability to quickly develop rapport over the phone. It requires the knack to logically solve low-level technical support calls and prioritize while being fast and organized. Must have confidence and a professional voice.
You will learn many aspects of the business and contribute by supporting our small sales team to help increase sales. The ideal candidate will be committed to quality and excellence, will have a good vocabulary and solid writing skills, and above all be honest. A major portion of your communication will be through email. Any sales experience would be helpful. Advancement opportunities are promising for someone wanting to move into professional account management/sales.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates are expected to have at least 2 years in a customer contact position and be proficient with basic computer programs such as Word and Excel. Applicants must be comfortable working with a customer contact management system. Your keyboard skills will be tested for 40 wpm minimum.
