Data Analyst

The Data Analyst position requires an experienced self-motivated individual with strong analytical, problem solving, communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Operational Assurance team. The candidate will be responsible for using software tools/applications to perform timely, detailed data processing routines and analytics for multiple customer projects. The position requires individuals to be creative and innovative in the development of analytics and assessment of business problems identified through the program operations.  Candidates should be proficient with database and query development, and basic software programming. Knowledge of telecommunication services, operational and billing systems is a plus.  Candidate should possess the ability to perform tasks independent of supervision, with internal and external teams, and with a positive, resourceful and take-charge attitude.  Data Analyst typically focuses on projects of moderate complexity. Qualified candidate needs to have a minimum 2-3 years experience in this field, BA/BS degree and robust PC skills. Send resumes to HR@vertek.com
