Desktop Support Technician (7000-6)

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate that is competent in desktop support and help desk administration. Responsibilities: Setup new employee workstations. Setup email, FTP, VPN, SSH, and domain accounts. Diagnose and repair workstation problems. Monitor network performance. Maintain software licensing database. Maintain help desk web content. Some nighttime / weekend work may be required.Experience/Qualifications: BS or equivalent experience with 2+ years in the computer/data communications field. Exchange 2003 Administration preferred. Familiarity with HTML and web development. Required knowledge and demonstrated experience in the following areas: LAN/WAN data networking architectures and routing protocols, MS Office applications, Windows XP/2000 operating systems, Windows 2000/2003 servers, and associated hardware.
