Requirements Manage the design, implementation, and administration of the company's stock-based long-term incentive plans. Provide stock plan analysis, evaluate best practices, and monitor developments in applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Develop modeling for plan design recommendations, and stock performance scenarios. Prepare grant value modeling for executive employee population. Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure ongoing compliance and for internal and external reporting. Partner with HRIS to develop reporting systems and internal review processes and audits. Manage vendor relationships. Manage day-to-day administration of stock plans to include plan documentation, participant agreements, award processing, grant lapsing, and grant exercising. Develop employee communication and education programs. Manage compliance, accounting and tax issues for all locations globally. Prepare materials for presentation to the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Provide input for preparation of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis section of the annual proxy filing. Provide support in the preparation of executive compensation analysis and reporting.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of stock plan administration to include compliance with applicable GAAP, FAS123, SEC, IRC, and DOL regulations. Knowledge of long-term incentive programs to include design, and administration. Knowledge of stock plan design and grant practice implications in European countries. Detail oriented with ability to develop accurate work deliverables with a professional finish. Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels in the organization. Ability to influence, gain acceptance of ideas, and negotiate solutions without damage to relationships. Discretion and sensitivity in the handling of confidential information. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment. Self-directed with critical thinking ability. Advanced Excel skills and intermediate PowerPoint skills.Required Education & Experience: 8 - 10 years professional work experience in Human Resources and/or Finance, 5 years of stock plan administration experience. Bachelors degree or equivalent in Finance, Business or Human Resources CEP certification or work towards CEP preferred.
