Direct Sales Support Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Sales Support Supervisor is accountable for daily direction of activities for the sales support staff of our Residential Field Sales Department of Miami-Dade County. The Sales Support Supervisor will be responsible for compiling, scheduling, assigning and delegating daily workload. Monitor staff productivity in accordance with established policy to ensure service and quality standards are met.

Essential Job Functions:

? Plan, promote and administer customer service standards to ensure quality service.
? Maintain staffing levels as needed to assure adequate phone coverage.
? Monitor and evaluate employee performance monthly.
? Ensure competence and continuity of quality team members through optimum selection, training and development, performance appraisal, and motivation techniques.
? Provide proper focus on the business results expected of the support staff and effective communicates the goals of the department and company to the workforce.
? Answer questions and conduct counseling/coaching sessions regularly.
? Evaluate operational problems and recommend solutions, procedures or policies.
? Complete other job assignments as requested by management.


Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualification Requirements:

? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
? Individual must have strong people, multi-tasking and analytical skills.
? Ability to coordinate work loads with peers and subordinates. Also, obtains results through leadership and team building.
? Proven leadership, motivation and communication skills required
? Strong written and verbal skills
? Strong interpersonal and managerial skill
