Director of Telesales

Its broadband satellite products are based on the IPoS (IP over Satellite) global standard, approved by the TIA, ETSI, and ITU standards organizations.Key Focus:  To manage inbound and outbound sales Contact Center operations/processes and manage sales yield from marketing activities. Manages outsourced call center performing both inbound and outbound sales Monitors call handling and sales results to maximize over yield from calls received Identifies telesales marketing needs for consumer, SMB, and enterprise marketing teams. Develops roll-out plans and implements programs Focus on delivering business revenue goals and return on marketing investment Develops and implements programs to improve sales yield, reduce customer churn and win-back disconnected customers via telesales Act as the primary communications liaison between Marketing, HNS Operations and Contact Center operations Prepares training curriculum and monitors quality of sales presentation. Manage external relationships including consultants, outsourcers and other partners Qualifications ·  Working knowledge of all Contact Center platforms and technology IVR/VRU (interactive voice response system) ACD (automatic call distributor) LMS (learning management systems) WFMS (work force management and software) Scripting Software CRM and Lead Management Systems ·  Ability to analyze call performance statistics for efficiency and optimization·  Excellent written and oral communication skills·  Presentation skills ·  Sales, training and coaching skills·  Exceptional analytical skills to interpret operational, marketing and media results for determining causal efforts (i.e., root cause analysis) on media & marketing spending as well as operational production / performance against ROI / Margin targets for the business model·  Financial and operational forecasting capabilities  ·  Excellent interpersonal skills·  Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously·  Team oriented·  Travel requiredHughes is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.For more information about Hughes products and services, please visit www.hughes.com CONTACT INFORMATIONRef ID: 2929BR
