Description

 

The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for providing overall Excellence in Customer Service for the Milner Voice & Data service department. This position is the initial contact for Customer calls for service, related inquires, and problem resolution. The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for the entry and management of data related to service dispatch, billing and the closing process.  Must be a multi-tasking, organized team player able to work in a fast paced environment.  Able to maintain composure under pressure as well as work with multiple levels of company’s organization. Must be customer satisfaction driven and self-motivated to continuous improvement in the department, as well as able to work in a team environment with little supervision. Job duties include taking and processing incoming calls from customers and technicians, dispatch appropriate personnel and follow-up with customers for scheduling, generate work orders and customer billings, and other duties as required. Familiarity of the Atlanta and south Florida areas a plus. Must have a minimum of 2 years customer service / dispatch back ground and working knowledge of Microsoft office.
