Dispatcher I/II (DOE)

Summary:Receives calls from customers for voice and data repair issues. Maintains all trouble record information based on service orders, customer reports and other documentation. Provides and keeps customer updated on repair issues and confirms resolutions. Tracks trouble tickets between Central Office Technicians and Repair Technicians and generates reports for internal and external use.  Requirements: High school diploma or the equivalent in training and experience. Basic telecommunication and data experience. Limited experience (1-2 years) handling various office procedures, including processing data. Proficiency performing data entry using 10-key.  Basic computer skills, including spreadsheet, word-processing and database software skills.  Detail orientation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and effective verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to meet inflexible deadlines.
