EIT Sales Business Systems Analyst
CIBER Inc is currently looking for an EIT Sales Business Systems Analyst for one of our clients in the Bellevue, WA area. Job Description: Plans and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements Acts as a liaison between the user community and internal IT resources Minimum of 6 years experience in business analysis, process design, implementation, software development and/or software design Demonstrate ability to multitask, analytical/logical thinking, and the ability to do technical and business problem solving Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Complete required analysis deliverable documentation Demonstrate their knowledge of the business processes in their area of responsibility and can work with the Business to define requirements that will drive efficiencies in the business taking into account the entire picture as well as the details Generally assigned to Enterprise, cross-functional and cross-departmental projects with mid-level complexity and cross-system impacts Conceptualize, document, and communicate business and technical constraints in project effort. Apply modeling techniques to Analyst deliverables Plan, facilitate, and participate in working sessions with cross-functional resources Conduct peer reviews to solicit feedback on materials created Demonstrate the ability to perform a cost/benefit analysis to determine whether automation is the appropriate course of action Provide coaching and direction to other levels Initiate and present the right questions to gain insight into the business practices, organizational impacts and interdependencies Lead efforts to define key measurements of success as well as the ability to provide cost benefit analysis Functional/Technical Skills Understand and apply system and desktop tools: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Visio. Case Tools such as Requisite Pro, Rational Rose or similar use case tool Understand database concepts and web technologies Has experience with various business process and system modeling tools including: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER diagrams, Dimensional Data Models, Context Models, Event Modeling, State Modeling, Process decomposition, and Use Case Scenarios (applicant has demonstrated the ability to do business process and system modeling) Understands the system development life cycle (applicant has demonstrated the ability to work with a SDLC). Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, and creates deliverables with little direction Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of high complexity applications Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables Highly skilled in writing Business and Functional Requirements, Use Case Models, Functional Specifications, Test Requirements, IT Assessments and Feasibilities Minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis, process design, implementation, software development and/or software design 3 years minimum experience creating Use Case Specification and Realization, Business Requirements, Functional Specification, & Test Requirement documents required Please email your resume to bpourzad@ciber.com with the reference code – 246941 CIBER, Inc. is a pure-play international system integration consulting company with superior value-priced services for both private and government sector clients.
