Experienced eTraining Developers/PM

Ameritraining, Inc. is searching for 2 Experienced eTraining Developers/Project Managers for the Training Transformation Project for our major Telecommunications Client. This is a Contract position expected to last for at least 8 months.  If selected a drug and background check is required.

 

Our Client, is continually looking for opportunities to utilize new and existing training technologies available that will allow the compnay to reduce the time to competency, and improve business results. As a result they have identified an opportunity to convert leader led material to several forms of eLearning. This project is about converting that material while taking into consideration adult learning styles and what is best for the internal client.

 

Our client is seeking experienced, innovative, creative, think out of the box individuals who can design comprehensive eLearning solutions. This job requires collective thinking skills while working in a multi-faceted environment with diverse personalities. Must have excellent project management skills and be able to work in an atmosphere of ambiguity and with little supervision. The ability to handle several tasks simultaneously, shifting priorities, in a fast-paced environment is required. Solid front-end and task analysis skills will be employed to determine appropriate design plans for each lesson. High-end eLearning skills and adult learning theory knowledge are required for the design and development tasks of converting course material. Our client is looking for candidates  with excellent work ethic, self-starter, attention to details and attendance are crucial. This assignment is to assist in several aspects of designing eLearning training courses and can change on any given day.
