F/T Sales Support

Primary Purpose: Coordinate all daily business for the door-to-door sales team.

Provide support for Sales Manager and Supervisor.

Provide sales and customer service support for the door-to-door sales teams.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Interface with door-to-door sales reps on a daily basis.

Primary contact and coordinator of door to door sales program.

Problem solve/trouble shoot customer service issues.

Coordinate and facilitate processing of orders, claims, returns and account maintenance.

Responsibilities, in addition to normal duties, will include scheduling events with Managed Property Reps (AEs), tracking Bulk property sales, managing contact information, mailings and letters, preparation and distribution of collateral materials, etc.

This position will also expand phone coverage for DSR call in hours to, include evening and Saturdays

Daily shift will be from Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 8am to 5 pm.

Punctual, regular and consistent attendance. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED. Proficient in Excel, Access and Word software. Cable Data knowledge preferred. Good written, organizational and verbal communications skills Ability to communicate courteously with customers and internal departments. Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure. Excellent customer service skills Must be team player able to anticipate and react to changes quickly. Ability to work overtime, as needed.
