The copier service technician provides customer service by maintaining, servicing and repairing office equipment at customer locations within the assigned territory.

The qualified candidate will set-up and prepare new copier/fax/scanner equipment for install.  You will be responsible for on-site repair and maintenance of copier/fax/scanner equipment, as well as refurbish used equipment, which includes cleaning and repairing.  You will also provide outstanding support by meeting customers needs in a courteous and timely manner. 

 

Qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent.Candidates with bachelor degree or technical school certificate is preferred.Candidates with two or more years of copier/printer repair experience is preferred. Excellent customer service and trouble shooting skills are essential.Strong technical and mechanical ability.Excellent communication skills are essential.
