Duties include: Configuration, testing and analysis of all Field Services Applications Tracks trends, and analyzes issues providing reporting to Management Tests applications and websites supporting Field Operations for ease-of-use, navigation, and functionality providing feedback to supervisor Supports internal and external customers relating to system use and functionality Provide input to aid in the development and implementation of associated business rules and processes Works with DIRECTV initiatives to ensure proper understanding of the various install, service and upgrade offers Other duties as assigned.
 High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or at least three to five years experience in the satellite/cable industry Must have an understanding of the business functionality of the applications being tested to understand errors and/or problems that may come up while using the applications Must have the ability to provide support to several internal and third party individuals Must have ability to read and interpret documents.
